Terms of business

1. Our Services

We provide the services described on our website or agreed with you in writing.

Before work begins, we will confirm the services being provided, the price and any relevant project requirements.

For monthly services, we will provide a written service agreement explaining what is included.

2. Prices and Payment

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (£).

Any applicable VAT will be clearly identified.

Unless otherwise agreed:

• One-off services are paid in full before work begins.
• Monthly services are paid in advance.
• Advertising costs, hosting fees and other third-party charges are separate unless expressly included.

3. No Refunds and Cancellations

All payments are non-refundable for services properly completed and delivered, except where a refund or other remedy is required by law.

For one-off services, if you cancel after work has started, we may retain payment for work already completed and reasonable costs incurred.

If you cancel before work begins, or if we cannot provide the agreed service, any refund will be assessed in accordance with the contract and applicable law.

For monthly services:

• You may cancel at any time by emailing contact@glowfeed.co.uk.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid service period.
• We will continue providing the agreed services until that period ends.
• Payments for services properly provided during that period are non-refundable solely because you change your mind.
• No further monthly payments will be taken after cancellation takes effect.

Nothing in this policy affects your legal rights, including any entitlement to a refund or other remedy where services have not been provided as agreed.

4. Revisions

Unless otherwise agreed, design services include two rounds of reasonable revisions within the original project brief.

Additional work or changes outside the agreed brief may incur extra charges, which we will agree with you before proceeding.

5. Your Responsibilities

To help us deliver your services, you agree to provide the necessary information, materials, feedback and account access.

You must have the appropriate rights or permissions to use any materials you supply.

You are responsible for checking the accuracy of business information you provide, including prices, offers and opening times.

6. Content and Copyright

Ownership and permitted use of completed designs and other creative work will be confirmed in the relevant service agreement.

Any third-party images, fonts, music or other licensed materials remain subject to their applicable licence conditions.

7. Marketing Results

We will provide our services with reasonable care and skill.

Marketing performance can depend on factors outside our control, including customer behaviour, advertising budgets and changes to social media platforms.

We do not guarantee specific numbers of followers, enquiries, sales or other marketing results unless expressly agreed in writing.

8. Personal Information

We handle personal information in accordance with applicable UK data protection law.

Where required, separate data processing terms will be agreed with clients.

9. Your Legal Rights

Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory legal protections that apply.
